Custom plugins for elgg.
Create an add on module for Elgg that allows users to like/dislike a certain piece of content. Create a badge system so that if someone likes a piece of content that becomes popular, they will receive a badge. There are about 4 other badges that will be rewarded for other activities (e.g. reading 100 pages on the site or commenting 20 times). More details available upon request.
