Charlie Szoradi brings multiple decades of hands on experience to the culture of sustainable living and cost-savings for property design and remodeling. Charlie is a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design - Accredited Professional), a Certified Building Performance Institute (BPI) Energy Auditor, and he has taken an eco-leadership role at the national and regional level.
